• Fiberglass & Wood: Filled, Sanded, Painted, Clear Coated

• It is best to have the stock bedded before sending it to me. On a glue in, do the bedding then send it for paint. Then glue in after painting. The risk is getting bedding compound on the paint.

• I don't do air brushing, or graphic layouts beyond the basic stripes, lettering etc. I can cut vinyl masks to do lettering.

• Marble finishes without candy coats available in Silver/White, Gold/Blue, Blue/Pink, Green/Blue, Red/Red, Lilac/White (Over Black Base/Over White Base). Other colors available by using candy coats. Candy coats are $25 per color. Most dramatic marbles occur over dark bases. White base coats just don't show up very well and I recommend using black.

• Unless otherwise noted prices include normal prep work on bare base, no paint or varnish. Parting lines, pinholes, etc. will be filled and sanded. If your stock requires work other than this I will contact you before work is started.

• Price Adders:
  • Strip old Varnish from wood $35
  • Strip old Paint from wood or fiberglass $35
  • Fill Checkering $25

   

• Usually a maximum of a two week turn around after I receive the stock. This will change with how many I have to do. Marble or solids colors are the quickest.

• Due to the nature of custom painting, all stocks will be different. Patterns and colors will vary and be one of a kind. Pictures shown on these pages are for reference only.

• Paint will add anywhere from 0.5 to ? ounces of weight. The more graphics and colors will add even more. Keep this in mind if you are really close on weight. A "normal" single color candy job is just at 1 ounce.

• Bedding, Trigger Guard, Accessory Rail, etc. recesses will be masked off.

• Paint will add up to .020" thickness . Keep this in mind for bolt handle clearance, barrel clearance, forearm width etc.

• Your packaging will be used to return your stock so make sure you pack it well!

• Return shipping by UPS or US Mail paid by customer. US addresses only, AK and HI will be higher. Express shipping available at additional cost.
